A LARGE ART NOUVEAU WALNUT LIBRARY BOOKCASE (Circa 1900)
In the style of Henri Sauvage and Louis Majorelle, the imposing open bookcase, with an everted pediment, a beautifully carved crest of languid vegetal forms flanked by tapering fluted sides arching over the top, comprising three compartments with adjustable open shelves, writing slides to the mid-section and a central cupboard door to the lower section, all raised on a plinth base.

PAIR OF LOUIS XVI STYLE KARELIAN BIRCH BEDSIDE CABINETS (Circa 1900)
This pair of elegant bedside cabinets with rounded corners, with ebony and kingwood strung reserves to the top and three drawers, with cast brass tassel pulls, raised on bun feet.

A FINE EBONISED AND DRESDEN PORCELAIN MOUNTED CABINET (19th century)
A moulded rectangular top above a frieze drawer and a cupboard enclosing shelves, all mounted with gilt metal framed porcelain plaques depicting courting couples in 18th century costume in romantic landscapes, cherubs holding trophies and nesting doves, the canted angles with flower painted porcelain columns with scrolled capitals, on baluster turned legs.

A LOUIS XV STYLE TULIPWOOD BOMBE COMMODE (Mid-20th century)
A fine commode, with a well-figured variegated purple and ochre marble serpentine top above two long shaped drawers decorated with large flower bouquet inlay to bookend veneers in ornate shaped reserves, similarly decorated to the sides, with a shaped drop, boldly angled hips and curvaceous legs, with gilt bronze floral mounts, escutcheons, handles and sabots.

A BIEDERMEIER FLAME MAHOGANY SECRETAIRE A ABATTANT (Mid-19th century)
The moulded stepped cornice fitted with a serpentine drawer above a frieze drawer and a panelled fall-front, enclosing an arrangement of drawers and central cabinet with pull out leather writing surface, and three full width drawers below, the rounded corners with carved corbels to each side top and bottom, the drawers with cavetto above ovolo mouldings, all raised on short scrolled feet, original locks, with keys.

A FINE LOUIS XVI STYLE PALISANDER INLAID AND BRONZE SIDEBOARD (Circa 1900)
The arched mirrored back with gilt bronze cornucopia supports and classical urn pocket, on a shaped variegated marble top, above a long drawer and glazed bevelled edge cupboard door with internal shelf, with strung borders, cross-banding & classical motifs inlaid in mixed wood, glass fruit lights overflowing from the cornucopias, all raised on fluted supports tapering to the feet.

A FINE SPECIMEN WOOD TILT-TOP TABLE (Mid-19th century)
The circular starburst top inlaid with radiating multi wood veneers, raised on a cylindrical pedestal inlaid with contrasting wood lozenges, to a bookend veneered circular base with three scrolled feet on castors.

A MASSIVE AUSTRALIAN CEDAR LIBRARY BOOKCASE (Circa: 1870.)
Provenance: Ex Australian Alliance Assurance Company, 400-402 Collins St Melbourne.
The massive double arched dentil moulded pediment above five sliding glazed doors separated by turned columns with carved capitals on a breakfront base fitted with five drawers and five doors with fiddleback cedar rectangular panels.

19th century, with an arched extended cornice above a similarly shaped mirror to a shelf and serpentine breakfront top with bullnose edging, a central frieze drawer above a panelled cupboard flanked by full height cupboards each with side locks, well fitted interiors with lined drawers and shelves, with restrained scrolls and corbels, and upon a plinth base Height: 196cm Width: 180cm A truly exquisite piece of antique mahogany furniture.

With an extended cornice above two bevel glazed doors with three internal glass shelves, a pair of cupboards below also with shelving and upon a plinth base, decorated in gold and muted tones with traditional oriental landscape scenes to the lower cupboards and patterns and scroll motifs throughout; with oriental handles. Imported for Geraldine Cooper Interiors, the 'Zen' tables with plank style tops within mitred frames above single drawers with a floral plate and ring pull handles, pierced embellishments to the corners and raised on square form legs with horse hoof feet united by box stretchers. A VICTORIAN BURR WALNUT FOLD OVER GAMES TABLE
Circa: 1860s, the serpentine profile top with bookend burr walnut veneer and thumb nail edging, a shallow skirt with a knopped pedestal issuing four curvaceous legs with foliate carved knees and feet, with casters. A unique piece of antique walnut furniture. Height: 73.5cm Width: 91cm Depth: 45.5cm


LOUIS XIV STYLE BOULLE MAZARIN DESK

19th century, with numerals etched to the trim. A fine desk with decorative brass inlay in the Berainesque manner upon a scarlet and ebonised ground, with a brass trimmed rectangular top with canted edges, a breakfront frieze drawer arrangement, faux to the reverse. With Directoire styling, a stepped cornice above an arched open shelved section flanked by pairs of glazed doors with conforming shelving above three drawers with swing brass handles, pairs of panelled doors below and upon a plinth base, with a lightly distressed finish throughout and having full length fluted pilasters.
